He was born on March 25, 1932, in Jamestown, ND. He lived in love and devotion for 87 years and passed in peace in the arms of his family on June 9, 2019 in Federal Way, Wa.

He is preceded in death by Aldia and Luella Radcliff, a brother, Everett and a sister, Barbara.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 63 years, Phyllis, his 3 sons and their spouses, Eugene & Debbie, David and Robert , Denise, his four grandchildren and their spouses, Nicole, Lisa & Sam, Carley & Bryan, and Tyler, plus 3 great-grandchildren, Aldie, Mena, and Garrett.

Gerald is also survived by 2 brothers, Stanley and Raymond.

Gerald graduated from High School in Hillsboro, Or. Gerald was in the US Air Force from 1952 to 1956 and stationed in England, where he met and married his wife, Phyllis. Before his service he worked as a firefighter in Oregon. After his service, he worked for the Federal Aviation Admin. , for his entire career. During that career, his family lived in Los Angeles, Ca., Redmond, Or., and Auburn, Wa., and the family met many life-long friends throughout that career.

Gerald was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to fish and hunt and spend time outdoors with his family and friends. He enjoyed traveling and visiting new places around the world and he had a great passion for spending time looking at nature and landscapes. He enjoyed clear evenings and looking at the heavens above.

He will always be in our heats and minds and we will still continue to feel he love as we miss his earthly presence.
