Obituary Robert ""Bob"" Cortel of Algona died at home on January 31,2018; he was 84. He was born November 19, 1933 in Everett, WA. He graduated with the Auburn High School class of 1952 and joined the US Army. He worked as a journeyman auto mechanic until he retired. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother and grandson. He is survived by his wife, Mary of Algona; sister Sandra R. Ward; eight children; eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Graveside services were held at Mountain View Cemetery in Auburn, WA on February 6th.
